BEFORE BOOKING: Our office is unique in that we run on time. Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. If you are late, we may not be able to see you, & there will be a full charge for services missed.

New Patients: You will be emailed forms after you book your appointment. All forms must be completed within 48 hours of booking your appointment, or your appointment may be rescheduled. Appointments for children must be in the child’s name. Please bring all the supplements you are taking to your first appointment.

Blood Work: Please book your appointment four weeks from the current date. This gives you time to get your blood drawn and the results back for the doctor to review.

Phone Consults/Telehealth: We will call you. This is your private time; treat it like an in-office visit. Please eliminate all distractions before the time of your appointment & avoid driving during your phone consult. Please make sure to have a pen and paper for notes. Time will not be extended due to poor cell service/dropped calls. If you are outside the USA, please email us after booking your appointment. All appointments are booked in CST.

You can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. If you want to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, there is a full charge for the appointment.

HNPT or Chiropractic Patients Not Seen in 6 Months: Re-exams are required before your appointment. HNPT or Chiropractic Patients Not Seen in 1 Year: New Patient Exams are required before having your appointment.
